How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required upfront, but you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from your billing settings.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal — no need to contact support. Access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Who can subscribe, and who uses StudyRoom?
Parents hold the subscription and payment method; children use StudyRoom under their own linked student account. New here? Create a parent account, link your child (a StudyRoom admin verifies the link for your child's safety), then start your trial from Settings → Billing.
What happens to my child's access if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then switches off automatically — no surprise charges.
